        随着居民生活品质的提升,消费者对于生鲜农产品的需求逐步扩大,对其新鲜度的要求也在同步增长。与此同时,随着电子商务融入人们的日常生活,网上购物成为一种潮流趋势,生鲜农产品在网购产品中的比例也越来越大。生鲜产品与其他消费品最大的不同点是其易腐特性,且产品腐败造成的损失成本非常高,这也使得生鲜农产品的研究与其他产品研究存在本质差异。本文以生鲜农产品作为研究对象,首先分析生鲜产品性质及其物流现状,将生鲜农产品电商共同配送与传统超市配送进行对比,指出共同配送的优势并以此为背景进行建模。其次,将双层规划作为建模工具,分别站在物流规划者角度和消费者角度,考虑物流成本和客户满意度这两个相悖目标,对应建立上层成本模型和下层满意度模型。上层模型中,将共同配送过程中涉及的成本进行量化,并以新鲜度作为主要惩罚标准,构成选址成本模型。下层模型中,将客户对网点距离的满意度作为重点研究因素,建立满意度模型。再将上下两层问题进行结合,共同构成终端配送网点的选址模型,并采用启发式算法对模型进行求解,求得最佳的终端网点选址方案。最后进行算例分析,并对产品腐败率进行敏感度分析,验证生鲜农产品的腐败率改变将会影响其最终选址方案的确定,以此证明模型的实用性。
    As people’s living standards improve, consumers demand for fresh produce growing,the demand for its freshness is also growing.At the same time, as e-commerce go into people’s daily lives, online shopping has become a trend, the proportion of fresh agricultural products in online shopping is growing.The biggest difference between fresh products and ordinary consumer goods is the perishable characteristics.It makes the study of fresh produce and other studies are essentially different.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the nature of fresh products and logistics status,and compares the joint distribution under E-commerce and traditional supermarket distribution,then points out the advantages of joint distribution and set up mathematical model in the base of joint distribution.Secondly,using the the bi-level programming as a modeling tool,standing on the perspectives of logistics planners and consumers respectively,the thesis establishes the upper and lower mathematical model.From the point of view of logistics planners,it establishes the minimum cost upper model.From the customer’s point of view, it sets up the maximum customer satisfaction level lower model.In the upper model,the thesis quantifies the costs in the process of the joint distribution,and regarding the fresh degree as the main punishment standard.In the lower model,considering customer satisfaction with distance of the terminal facility as the main research factors.Then combining the two layer problems to form a bi-level programming model for the terminal facility location problem.Then using the heuristic algorithm to solve the model and obtains the optimal terminal facility location. At last, the thesis do a sensitivity analysis of the products’ corruption rate to certificate the science of this model.
